I had an appointment scheduled at this barber shop and traveled from a long distance, but unfortunately when I arrived, the shop was closed.
The business page showed the status as Open, the system allowed me to book an appointment, and even the sign on the door said “Open.”

Because of this situation, I missed many of my plans today, which caused me real inconvenience and loss. I am a regular customer and have always been happy with your service, so this experience was very disappointing.

If the shop is closed, the hours and appointment system should be updated properly to avoid wasting customers’ time. I hope management takes this issue seriously and prevents it from happening again
